Combining Raman spectroscopy with other techniques, for data rich science
Raman spectroscopy is often one tool amongst the many required to solve complex research challenges. Renishaw has developed the inVia microscope to be used in conjunction with other techniques, to collect correlated data and to build a better picture of the science underpinning your samples. In this webinar, we will present Raman data collected in conjunction with other techniques such as photocurrent measurements, PL, SEM, AFM, topography measurements, and Rayleigh scattering.
Meet your experts:
Tim Smith, Raman Applications Manager
Tim has over 20 years' experience using a range of Raman research instruments. He has extensive knowledge and real-world use of systems in most application areas, however, his particular expertise is within Raman imaging and pharmaceutical applications.
Tim Batten, General Manager
Tim joined the applications team at Renishaw in 2010. In this role, he has helped develop several combined Raman systems. His personal research interests are in materials science, semiconductor physics, 2D materials and Raman instrumentation. After roles in product management in 2022 he became General manager of the Spectroscopy Division.
